Biography
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Michael James Kelly is not only a multifaceted actor and director, but also a talented writer whose ability to transition his role between roles is noteworthy. After graduating from Temple University with a BA in Theatre, he promptly moved to New York City to take his education to the stage. He studied under the guidance of Susan Batson and Carl Ford at Susan Batson Studios where he built the foundation for his accomplishments thus far today. While there, Michael went on to work in commercials, television and off-Broadway productions in The City That Never Sleeps for over 6 years. After living out the New York minute lifestyle and realizing there was more to be accomplished in his journey, his love of film and lifelong eagerness to reside in the heart of the industry aligned, yielding a straight shot to Los Angeles. Michael’s television credits include “Grey’s Anatomy”, “Lights Out” and “All My Children."
